The Dominican Republic has a wide variety of eco-sustainable facilities, rich culture, wild nature and thrilling adventures to offer. The campaign’s main goal was to promote the destination to the Spanish, German and French markets increasing both awareness and consideration around a country that offers more than just beach resorts.
We embarked on a journey of exploration with a team of professional travel videographers and influencers and shoot original content for a multi-faceted marketing campaign.
To host the main content captured during the trip, we designed and developed a custom microsite also including shoppable experiences, editorials and exclusive lastminute.com’s offers for the destination.
The campaign has been launched through media display activation across our own channels and off-network audience extension.
To maximise the campaign reach, we set up a social media distribution strategy through our own profiles and those of the influencers involved.
