This year’s campaign continues to highlight environmentally conscious holiday options, aiming to inspire travellers to choose Ireland for its eco-friendly and sustainable attractions.

The activation
Turismo Irlandese and lastminute.com launched a new co-branded campaign that explores the essence of the slogan ‘Irlanda. Dritto al cuore’, evolving it into the concept “Ireland: A Declaration of Love.” This campaign captures the heartfelt emotions and experiences that Ireland’s unique landscapes and attractions evoke, with a strong emphasis on sustainable holidays and outdoor activities, which are seen as the future of travel.
The campaign was distributed through a mix of online and offline channels. It featured digital radio spots on platforms like Spotify and Radio Lombardia, as well as digital out-of-home screen advertising across Milan during Ireland Week 2024. These efforts aimed to reach a broad audience, emphasizing Ireland’s commitment to sustainability and natural beauty.
To maximise outreach and engagement, we also launched a contest in which participants could try their luck at winning a free trip to the beautiful island of Ireland.
